Event Updates - Alliance Super Cup - Stage 2
Weather Update
THURSDAY 12PM: Our facility partners have advised their fields have been hit too hard with rain this week and they will not be able to get fields playable for us this weekend. Therefore, the Super Cup event is canceled for this weekend.
We are working on offering a makeup for Super Cup Stage 2 on the following weekend, Jan 14-16th. We will be reaching out to each team to gauge their availability to play.
WEDNESDAY 3PM: We are aware of the rain that is in the forecast over the next couple days. We will be in communication with each of the facilities each day the remainder of this week. The update on the fields is that they are still wet from the rain we received earlier this week and over the past weekend. If the facilities feel there isn’t a chance of having the fields ready for Saturday play we will let you know as early as we can. If they feel they can get the fields ready, we will continue as scheduled. Tonight and Thursday’s amount of rain is going to be the key currently. In the meantime, you will see we have started games later Saturday and removed all Friday games in hopes to give the ground more time to dry out.
