FAITH STRONG CHARITY EVENT
Kick off the 2023-24 softball season with this awesome charity event. Event Format: 1-DAY TOURNEYS 3 game guarantee / 2 pool play into Bracket Play. Pricing Information: A 3.5% processing fee is added to payments made online. 10 & Under - $300.00 per day 12 & Under - $300.00 per day 14 & Under - $300.00 per day 16 & Under - $300.00 per day 18 & Under - $300.00 per day NOTE: 16U and 18U divisions may be combined into a High School Division if team numbers in each division dictate. Age Cutoff Date: December 31, 2022 Awards: 1st and 2nd place teams will receive team awards, along with individual awards. Equipment Required for Participants:
Game Times Available: Friday morning prior to the event. Note From the Andersons: (Ryan, Lilly, Grace 8yr old twin, Rosie 7yr old) Welcome to the "Faith Strong" TCS softball tournament inspired by our 5 year old Faith Anderson. Faith was a beautiful, athletic, and compassionate little girl who fought Kidney Cancer (Wilm's tumor) for four months. On February 8th, 2014 the battle with cancer ended, as the Angels came and ushered her to Heaven. As a family, we love sports and what a better way to honor Faith as well as helping those families that are fighting the fight with their child or loved one. All proceeds will go towards several cancer foundations. To name a few, these include Adonai, and Megan's Wings which reached out and helped bring smiles, gifts, and support to our precious Faith and family. We will forever be eternally grateful and so feel the need to reach out as well. Thank you all for participating in the "Faith Strong" tournament and hope you will be blessed by being a part of an organization that is determined to reach those children fighting for their lives. Note From TCS: We will never forget October 5th, 2013 when Ryan had to leave our tournament to rush home to be by his 5 year old daughters side as they were just discovering something was not right and February 8th, 2014 when we received news little Faith had left this world and gone to heaven. Through the "Faith Strong" event we would like to support the Anderson Family now, and in future years allow the Anderson Family to bless others in the same or similar situation with the finances raised through this event, but most importantly honor Faith through the process.
