REFUND POLICY FOR TCS SOCAL:
NOTE: Franchisees May Have Variations:
For teams paid and registered in any event canceled due to Covid-19, here are your options:
Option 1: Transfer 100% - If you transfer your entry to an event of your choice at a later date in 2023, we will transfer the entire amount towards any TCS So Cal event (excluding Zoom Into June, Triple Crown World Series, The Don Battles On, or any other event not run by TCS So Cal).
Option 2: Refund - If you would like to request a refund, we will issue it as quickly as possible and only charge a 10% admin fee. If you would like a refund, please let us know who to make a refund check payable to and where to send it.
For teams who have paid for an event and then withdraw before the event begins, here are your options:
Option 1: Transfer the entire fee, and not be charged the admin fee, to a future TCS So Cal Tournament (excluding Zoom Into June, Triple Crown World Series, The Don Battles On, or any other event not run by TCS So Cal).
Option 2: Refund - If you would like to request a refund, we will issue it as quickly as possible and only charge a 10% admin fee. If you would like a refund, please let us know who to make a refund check payable to and where to send it.
If you enter and withdraw after the schedule has been posted your entry fee will be nonrefundable. Your entry fee will be nontransferable unless an adequate replacement team can be found. We will make every reasonable effort to find a replacement team.
If you enter and the tournament is canceled due to weather or some unforeseen event 80% (percent) of your entry fee will be refunded or credited toward a future TCS So Cal Tournament (excluding Zoom Into June, Triple Crown World Series, The Don Battles On or any other event not run by TCS So Cal).
If it is necessary to suspend a tournament after you have started your first game, due to weather or some unforeseen event, the remaining games that were not started will be credited on a pro-rated basis minus 20% (percent).
If you send in an entry form and check/or pay online after the tournament is filled or for some reason, you cannot be scheduled into the tournament, the full amount of your entry fee may be refunded or you may choose to have your refund applied to a future TCS So Cal Tournament (excluding Zoom Into June, Triple Crown World Series, The Don Battles On or any other event not run by TCS So Cal).
