• Absolutely no alcohol on the campus. If any team is caught with parents, coaches, or spectators with alcohol (including in solo cups) your team will forfeit the rest of the weekend right then and there. No questions asked. We have been informed that if City staff or Park Ranger sees any of this or if they even see it in the trash cans after the event, they will not let us use the park again and will shut down the event on the spot.
• Teams can start coming in a little early but warm ups are not supposed to start until 8am. With that said, you can start your warm ups at 745 each day. Please do not hit any balls or play music until 8am though. Games will start around 845 or 9am each morning at this location so will still have plenty of time to swing and take infield outfield.  
• Absolutely no pets allowed on school campus, regardless if they are on a leash.
