ORGANIZATIONAL KICKOFF WEEKEND
Event Format: Organizational meeting followed by 2 team games or 4 team games. Very limited space. Pricing Information: A 3.5% processing fee is added to payments made online. All ages 1 Day Saturday or Sunday - $350.00 **Organizational meeting + 2 team games** All ages 2 Days - $650.00 **Organizational meeting + 4 team games** Equipment Required for Participants:
Age Cutoff Date: December 31, 2023 Game Times Available: Wednesday evening before the event. This is a 11th year event that will be hosted at Big League Dreams. This will be a great weekend to see where your organization's teams stack up right out of the gate. We will be offering both a one and two day event this year. 1 Day (Organizational meeting + 2 team games) 2 Day (Organizational meeting + 4 team games) The event will begin with each organization's leader getting time with all of their teams on their own Big League Dreams field. This will create a unique opportunity for all players from all teams within the organization to get time with the "head" of the org. It will allow each organization's leader to get time to discuss philosophies, goals, and direction. One of the beautiful fields at the BLD Complex will be at each of the org disposal to instruct, teach, and discuss. The rest of the weekend will be followed by games. All games will be at a BLD field and will allow the "heads" of the org to then see all their teams and players in action. There will be very limited space. We hope you will be able to join us.
