ONDECK SOFTBALL & TCS PRESENT: SHOWCASE @ BIG LEAGUE DREAMS & ORGANIZATIONAL CHALLENGE
Event Info: The Showcase at Big League Dreams and Organizational Challenge will be hosted by On Deck Softball and Triple Crown Sports on the first recruiting weekend of the Fall. At 1 of the 4 complexes we will host the Organizational Challenge portion of the event! Organization heads will be invited to compile a roster of a max of 15 players of their top uncommitted athletes from their various teams within the organization. (Invitations and approval on the number of teams allocated to a single organization to compile will be through Derek Allister and will depend upon the size of a particular organization.) The organization “team” will consist of only athletes from that organization. They will not be mixed. Please see Event History for more details. This is a `Stay to Play` event. Please stay with one of our host hotels. Pricing Information: A 3.5% processing fee is added to payments made online. 14 & Under - $850.00 (Will play at BLD Perris/BLD Chino Hills) 16 & Under - $850.00 (Will play at BLD Chino Hills/BLD Perris) 18 & Under - $895.00 (Will play at OC Great Park) On Deck Organization Challenge (Invite Only) - $1500.00 (Will play at Rosetta Canyon) Age Cutoff Date: December 31, 2023 Equipment Required for Participants:
Game Times Available: The Tuesday evening before the start of the event. College scouts and coaches will be in attendance. A coaches book will be published for all scouts and coaches. This will include each player along with her number, position(s), grad year, team, email, phone #, address, GPA. The Showcase at Big League Dreams and Organizational Challenge will be hosted by On Deck Softball and Triple Crown Sports on the first recruiting weekend of the Fall! All teams will play at large sites of 4 fields or more! In 2024, we have added OC Great Park in Irvine to go along with Big League Dreams Chino Hills, Perris and Rosetta Canyon Sports Park as the facilities used for this event. At all of the complexes the event will host travel team games in the 14u, 16u, and 18u divisions. Each team will be guaranteed 5 showcase games. At 1 of the 4 complexes we will host the Organizational Challenge portion of the event! Organization heads will be invited to compile 1 or 2 rosters of a max of 15 players of their top uncommitted athletes from their various teams within the organization. (Invitations and approval on the number of teams allocated to a single organization to compile will be through Derek Allister and will depend upon the size of a particular organization.) The organization “team” will consist of only athletes from that organization. They will not be mixed. For example, So Cal Breakers #1 would play Firecrackers #2…For this portion of the event athletes will start the day on Saturday in a camp setting with On Deck Softball allowing them to showcase their talents and abilities in each aspect of the game. Saturday afternoon will then start the game play for these uncommitted players. Sunday will be playoff games and the beginning of the play to win the Organizational Challenge!
