Lodging Program
Triple Crown Sports (TCS) works with a wide variety of lodging partners in our tournament locations to secure excellent lodging rates for all participants and to ensure sufficient rooms for all attending teams. Through our lodging program, all out-of-town teams book their rooms through TCS Lodging Partners and receive specially discounted rates at a variety of hotels. You can book your rooms by calling the hotel direct from the phone number listed on the TCS website. All teams that call the hotel direct must book within the TCS Block at the TCS contracted rate and submit team hotel contract & rooming list with confirmation numbers prior to event.
Any reservations booked through a third-party provider (i.e. Hotels.com, Hotel Planner, Expedia, Hotwire or using reward points) or booked outside of the TCS contracted rate & room block will not fulfill requirement.
Local Teams: Teams traveling 75 miles or less qualify as a local team and are exempt from the lodging policy. If you are a local team, please contact the TCS Event Director and apply for a lodging waiver.
Policies: To be bracketed in the 2023 Orange County Fall Showcase event, your team must fit into one of the following categories:
1. Stay with a Triple Crown Sports lodging partner inside of the group block with a minimum team requirement of 12 room nights (example: 6 rooms for 2 nights) Teams must submit a complete team rooming list with confirmation numbers, arrival dates and departure dates prior to event on the Triple Crown Sports website.
2. Receive a lodging waiver.
3. Pay the Lodging Surcharge.
There is a $500 surcharge or “buy out” option to this policy. This can be paid on the website or by sending in a check to our TCS So Cal office.

Triple Crown Sports, Inc., acts as a passive conduit for online distribution of customer information to our lodging partners. Participants are solely responsible for the customer information they provide through the Triple Crown Sports registration process, in any public message area, or through any email feature.
Triple Crown Sports, Inc., is not responsible for any cancellations or for any acts by the lodging partners who provide accommodations. Lodging partners are not agents or employees of Triple Crown Sports, Inc.
